Modular PCR kits for flexible multiplex PCR panels

LightMix® Modular are modular real-time PCR kits designed to detect pathogens and specific genetic markers. Laboratories can combine individual kits to build customized multiplex PCR panels around defined targets of interest. Each kit includes a positive control.

Optimized for use with Roche LightCycler® instruments, LightMix® Modular kits support flexible molecular testing workflows. They enable laboratories to respond to changing testing priorities or evolving pathogen panels without rebuilding the assay workflow from scratch.

LightMix® Modular (CE-VID) for in-vitro diagnostics

For in-vitro diagnostics, LightMix® Modular kits (CE-IVD) support infectious disease testing by allowing laboratories to select relevant targets and adjust assay combinations to clinical or public health requirements.
The modular format keeps testing workflows structured and suitable for routine molecular diagnostics.
