Pre-configured multiplex PCR kits for defined panels
LightMix® OneTube kits are ready-to-use multiplex real-time PCR kits for defined research pathogen-related target panels. Each assay enables clear differentiation of selected targets within one reaction. Each kit contains pre-mixed primer and probe sets in a single tube for up to 7 targets and includes a positive control.
By providing primer and probe sets in a pre-combined format, LightMix® OneTube kits simplify multiplex PCR assay setup and reduce hands-on time and pipetting work. Fewer handling steps make assay preparation more efficient and help lower the risk of contamination during setup. This format is especially useful when the same assay panel is used repeatedly.
Developed by TIB MOLBIOL in collaboration with Roche and optimized for Roche LightCycler® instruments, LightMix® OneTube kits provide a practical ready-to-use assay format for real-time PCR research workflows.
